Our first Kopi Date was a bit like a song. We traded stories about our relatively recent (separate) trips to Tasmania, and our ongoing corporate escapades with some random things about us sprinkled throughout. Interestingly, although we have never met, that date bore some familiarity.

When we met for the first time the flow of our conversation was smooth and we sensed honesty and genuine intentions in our exchange. There is also value in the process (knowing more about yourself and others) gained through Kopi date.

Our first date was at Providore Shenton area. It was a cozy venue with very little people which made things really comfortable. Natural conversations and chemistry from our first date.

We ran every weekend for long runs after the first date :)

Kopi Date shifted how I see relationships and dating overall. It opened up new perspectives and helped me understand myself better in the process.
